For one night only, we're turning the tables—literally. Our beloved wine rep Jersey is trading in his tasting notes for tongs and an apron as he steps into the kitchen to cook up a four-course dinner, each dish thoughtfully prepared and personally plated by Jersey himself.

With a long-standing background in the restaurant industry, Jersey isn’t just passionate about wine—he knows his way around a kitchen, too. This special event is a true role-reversal, where our culinary team takes the reins on the wine pairings, curating four perfect pours to complement Jersey’s creative and flavor-packed menu.

Expect a night full of great food, perfectly matched wines, behind-the-scenes stories, and a few unexpected surprises along the way. It’s a relaxed, one-of-a-kind dinner experience that celebrates the fun, the flavorful, and the totally flipped.
